{"id":438,"date":"2026-09-08T15:14:02","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T15:14:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/?p=438"},"modified":"2026-09-08T15:19:36","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T15:19:36","slug":"rm61-4-bilion-pelaburan-pahang-tampil-pemacu-ekonomi-pantai-timur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/rm61-4-bilion-pelaburan-pahang-tampil-pemacu-ekonomi-pantai-timur\/","title":{"rendered":"Pahang Pemacu Ekonomi Pantai Timur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KUANTAN: Kestabilan politik dan kecekapan pentadbiran negeri menjadi antara asas penting yang meletakkan Pahang sebagai destinasi strategik dalam gelombang baharu pembangunan dan pelaburan di Wilayah Pantai Timur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari 2021 hingga Jun 2026, Pahang, Kelantan dan Terengganu merekodkan pelaburan diluluskan berjumlah <strong>RM61.4 bilion<\/strong>, melibatkan 1,746 projek yang dijangka mewujudkan lebih 30,000 peluang pekerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angka itu bukan sekadar mencerminkan keyakinan pelabur terhadap potensi Pantai Timur, malah membuktikan wilayah berkenaan tidak lagi boleh dianggap sebagai kawasan yang terpinggir daripada arus utama pembangunan negara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pahang khususnya mempunyai kelebihan besar menerusi kestabilan pentadbiran, ekosistem industri yang matang, Pelabuhan Kuantan, kawasan perindustrian serta jaringan infrastruktur strategik yang sedang dibangunkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di bawah kepimpinan Menteri Besar, Dato\u2019 Sri Diraja Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, kerajaan negeri turut memberi penekanan terhadap usaha memudahkan urusan perniagaan, mempercepatkan proses kelulusan dan memperkukuh kerjasama dengan agensi Persekutuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendekatan itu memperlihatkan bahawa kestabilan politik bukan sekadar soal mempertahankan kerajaan, tetapi perlu diterjemahkan kepada keyakinan pelabur, peluang pekerjaan dan peningkatan ekonomi rakyat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pelaburan, Perindustrian, Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi Negeri Pahang, Dato\u2019 Mohamad Nizar Mohamad Najib berkata, Pahang mempunyai ekosistem industri dan infrastruktur kukuh, termasuk Pelabuhan Kuantan serta kawasan perindustrian sedia ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, InvestPahang sentiasa mencari ruang menambah baik proses dan mempercepatkan kelulusan bagi mewujudkan persekitaran perniagaan yang lebih mesra pelabur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKerajaan Negeri akan terus bekerjasama dengan MIDA untuk menarik pelaburan bernilai tinggi dan memperluas peluang kepada syarikat tempatan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beliau berkata demikian sempena Seminar Pelaburan Wilayah Pantai Timur 2026 bertemakan <em>Memacu Pembangunan Pelaburan dan Bumiputera di Koridor Pantai Timur<\/em> di sini, hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program anjuran Lembaga Pembangunan Pelaburan Malaysia (MIDA) itu menghimpunkan lebih 400 peserta terdiri daripada pelabur, syarikat tempatan, perusahaan kecil dan sederhana, usahawan Bumiputera, institusi kewangan serta agensi kerajaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengoperasian Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL) yang dijangka bermula pada Januari 2027 pula bakal meningkatkan kecekapan logistik, akses pasaran dan hubungan rantaian bekalan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bagi Pahang, kemudahan itu dijangka memperkukuh kedudukan negeri sebagai pintu masuk utama ekonomi Pantai Timur menerusi pembangunan hab logistik, kawasan perindustrian dan projek berorientasikan transit di sepanjang jajaran ECRL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kejayaan menarik pelaburan bagaimanapun tidak seharusnya dinilai berdasarkan jumlah yang diumumkan semata-mata.
