{"id":279,"date":"2026-08-29T06:45:13","date_gmt":"2026-08-29T06:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/?p=279"},"modified":"2026-08-29T06:45:51","modified_gmt":"2026-08-29T06:45:51","slug":"co-didik-perlu-kekal-relevan-telus-dan-berdaya-saing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/co-didik-perlu-kekal-relevan-telus-dan-berdaya-saing\/","title":{"rendered":"CO-DIDIK perlu kekal relevan, telus dan berdaya saing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foto: Izmir Amizar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KUANTAN, 29 Ogos \u2013 Koperasi Pendidikan Melayu Pahang (CO-DIDIK) Berhad perlu terus diperkukuh sebagai institusi yang profesional, berintegriti dan mampu memberi manfaat nyata kepada anggotanya untuk jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Hal Ehwal FELDA, Koperasi dan Usahawan Negeri Pahang, Dato\u2019 Amizar Abu Adam berkata, sejarah panjang CO-DIDIK perlu diterjemahkan melalui pengurusan yang cekap serta keputusan perniagaan yang berasaskan fakta, kajian dan kepentingan anggota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSejarah yang panjang membawa amanah yang besar. Amanah kita adalah untuk memastikan CO-DIDIK terus relevan, kukuh dan mampu memberikan manfaat kepada anggota, bukan sahaja pada hari ini tetapi untuk generasi akan datang,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-1024x681.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-1024x681.png 1024w, https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3-767x510.png 767w, https:\/\/jelaipost.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-3.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beliau berkata demikian ketika mewakili Menteri Besar Pahang merasmikan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Koperasi Pendidikan Melayu Pahang (CO-DIDIK) Berhad Kali Ke-86 di Dewan Atabara, Indera Mahkota 14, hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Dato\u2019 Amizar, kejayaan koperasi tidak seharusnya diukur semata-mata berdasarkan keuntungan atau nilai aset, sebaliknya melalui sejauh mana manfaatnya dapat dirasai anggota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKoperasi bukan sekadar sebuah organisasi perniagaan, tetapi wadah yang menghimpunkan kekuatan anggota untuk mencapai matlamat ekonomi dan kesejahteraan secara bersama,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa tadbir urus, integriti, ketelusan dan akauntabiliti merupakan asas utama yang menentukan kelangsungan sesebuah koperasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKoperasi yang mempunyai kewangan kukuh tetapi lemah dari segi tadbir urus tidak akan mampu bertahan dalam jangka panjang,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam pada itu, beliau menyeru kepimpinan dan pengurusan CO-DIDIK meningkatkan kompetensi dalam bidang kewangan, perniagaan, pelaburan, teknologi, pengurusan risiko serta tadbir urus bagi mendepani perubahan pantas dunia perniagaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dato\u2019 Amizar berkata setiap perbelanjaan dan pelaburan koperasi mesti diurus secara berhemah kerana ia merupakan amanah anggota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCO-DIDIK tidak boleh terlalu selesa dengan pencapaian masa lalu.
